Before you plan your schedule according to these tips for buying a used car, keep in mind that used car salespeople are extremely savvy.  Don’t let your guard down or be fooled by a false sense of security when you saunter onto a used car lot on the last weekend of the month.  As for the end of the model year, don’t assume that you’ll automatically get a good deal on the older models.
