INSURANCE AUCTIONS INC (SALVAGEWORLDAUCTIONS.COM) Online Credit Card Authorization Agreement

I authorize SalvageWorldAuctions.com and its afilliate company, INSURANCE AUCTIONS INC., to charge my credit card account, for a deposit in the amount of $500 or 10% of my highest offer. This will allow me to place bids on vehicles that begin with the Inventory Number SW.  I also authorize Insurance Auctions Inc. to charge my credit card, account, in the amount of $1000 or 33% of my offer as a deposit, if I decide to place bids on vehicles that begin with the Inventory Letter "I" or "M." Vehicles that begin with these letters are from multiple insurance auctions and companies that have different guidelines together with stricter re-list fees. I agree that $150 dollars is non refundable, but can be applied towards my final balance on my purchased vehicle. The $150 dollars is SalvageWorldAuctions registration fee which is applicable to any vehicle you win at auction or purchase.  If you do not request a refund, I acknowledge that my deposit will be used towards the deposit of a salvage or clean title vehicle. I guarantee this payment and I understand that this payment CANNOT be disputed and I personally guarantee full payment for this amount. I waive all rights to dispute and accept any potential vehicle purchased on my behalf AS IS, with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, of any kind or nature, from INSURANCE AUCTIONS INC.
 

• I understand that this is a salvage vehicle, and that any repairs I undertake authorize to be made are incurred by me exclusively as the sale and purchase of all vehicles are on a Sold "AS IS" basis. Salvage cars are required to pass a state Department of Motor Vehicles inspection in order to be registered to be driven on the roads of the United States only and certain vehicles for Canadian residents.
• If after a vehicle is purchased on my behalf and I do not pay for the vehicle in full as set forth below, I have read and understand the following fee(s) will be charged to my account:

The balance of your vehicle must be paid within 24 hours of receiving your invoice so as not to incur late fees; (If a customer does not pay for the car within 24 hours, SalvageWorldAuctions.com reserves the right to charge up to $50.00 per day in late fees). If after 5 business days of the date of purchase the vehicle has not been paid for in full, SalvageWorldAuctions.com will re-list the vehicle for resale at a cost of 10% or $500 (whichever is greater) to the customer. SalvageWorldAuctions.com offers vehicles from multiple insurance companies and auctions which have various terms and conditions. If a vehicle is purchased from an insurance company with vehicle stock numbers that begin with the letter "L" or "M", SalvageWorldAuctions.com will re-list the vehicle at a cost of $1000 or 33% of the purchase price, whichever is greater. The re-list fee will be deducted from the SalvageWorldAuctions.com customers account. The re-list fee is a fee charged by the insurance companies which SalvageWorldAuctions.com must in turn pay the insurance company.
